Hello everybody,

I decided to return original Blaupunkt radio into my Punto (2006, MK2b). The problem is that connector for power is reconnected for a Sencor radio and I don't know how to reconnect it back. I decided to see if I can do this by myself before going to auto electrician.

This is schema of Sencor radio:

WIRING PLUG B (CONNECT TO SOCKET B)
- RED: IGNITION SWITCH (B+)
- BLACK: GROUND (B-)
- YELLOW: MEMORY BACK UP(B+)
- BLUE: AUTO ANTENNA

This is the reconnected connector - image 1.

As you can see one wire (red/yellow) from the car is now separated into two wires to the connector and purple/black wire is connected to the black wire.

There are two more wires that are not connected to anything (one wire is pink/white and other one is pink/black) - image 2.

This is the schema of Blaupunkt radio - image 3.

Could someone tell me what I need to reconnect again so the original radio works normal?

Thanks!

This is what I presume the original looks like. I've yet to work out what they are. Unless they are for the left and right tweeters, if so I don't know how to hook them up to a standard stereo. The stereo I bought came early, so I fitted it today and it's amazing. Have to look at the rear speakers, trace the wires and make sure they are connected properly as still no sound using the new speakers. I had previously seen this post before posting my thread but as the images didn't look like mine I disregarded it. But now I've examined it, it does indeed have the same wires as mine.

The coloured connectors will be for the canbus system and if fitted, steering controls.

Power and speakers etc should all be via your standard black ISO connector blocks in your pic (y)

So disregard it. When it's light out and not hammering with rain I'll attempt to find out why the rear speakers don't work. Thank you for your help.

Some Punto's didn't have any rear speakers fitted as standard, check there actually fitted before you get too involved in the wiring for them.

It's got the rear speakers and sub, but I've got to wire the radio live to the cigarette lighter now.
