Hi guys,
I've got an OBD reader on order, nowt fancy, one of these:
[ame="https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007XE8C74"]Autel AutoLink AL319 Universal OBD2 Reader Car Diagnostic Scanner Tool Vehicle Engine Fault Code Reader: Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike@@AMEPARAM@@https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41oK1TMhBDL.@@AMEPARAM@@41oK1TMhBDL[/ame]
It's because I've got an ABS light up on the dash, no other lights and everything is working OK. I'm guessing (hoping) it's a wheel sensor at fault. Will the reader show the specific sensor at fault or will it just show there is a sensor failed?
Thanks, also is there anything else I can check in the mean time, the brakes are working just fine and dandy, zero issues (apart from the light of course!)
Hmmm, just been reading up on OBD scanners and it looks like the biudget friendly ones do not show ABS codes!
