Technical headgasket

Hi,
My 2000 reg punto 1.2 8 valve had the head gasket changed at 112,000 miles.
Now 7 years later the car has 151,000 miles.
It has developed a very bad misfire engine runs crap.
I am now convinced it has blown headgasket,but i dont see any water mixed with the oil.
I have changed coil packs,leads ,plugs,oxygen sensor.
Any quick way of proving the head gasket is causing the very poor running of the engine.

I'd suggest do a compression test before that. Are there any engine codes?
