The dipped beam in the left side does not work. The bulb is okay and so is the fuse. I tried switching the fuses left/right with nothing changed. The upper beam works fine.

There is no voltage on the wire. If I remove the connector and attach an alligator clip to the plus pole of the battery, the lamp shines nicely.

So I guess the wire is broken somewhere along the way to the fusebox.

But how do I find the right wire in the mess of wires under the hood?!

Just run a new wire from the head light relay to the bulb.

If you pull the relay out, one of the wider connections is always live. so you want to connect to the other side (of the two thicker contacts).
