My brother's Punto 1.9 JTD 86bhp have black dial with no rev limit mark on it, he dislike how look of his dial, so he search for white dial replace which is no longer made and is out of stock forever. He asked me if he can buy my old HGT 1.9 speedo which I dismated previous car and stored in a dry place. Can this cluster transfer without cause problem with ECU? if there is issue with electronic would it remove the white dial and refit on his speedo? the rev counter numbers is different position would adjust the needle to making it work prefect? Have anybody try this before? it sounds complicate?
