hi guys,
Since yesterday my punto 2005 does not respond to opening doors; the interior light does not work.
Door open functions is working okay on al the doors. I can set light on by pressing the interior lamp. It only does not respond to door open ?
Can anyone help me >

it does not respond to any door..
When the door is open the board computer does detect it.

Id be checking the easiest things

Check the light that its not got a dodgey switch

And check 12v is appearing on the switch for when door switch should have been activated

does the factory radio radiate noise

I removed the interior lamp from its place. Disconnected the power 3 wireld plug.
With the multi meter tool I could detect 12v at red and black wire. There is a 3rd wire, yellow color. With door open I could not measure any voltage with yellow wire + red or yellow wire + black.
What is the mechanism that activates 12V when the doors are opened ? Do all the doors have its own switch? And if one of the switches fail, does the interior light work at all..

I found an other topic, looks like the same problem, but not with a Punto, .. it is Panda..
