Just taken my mk2b for a service and a few things came up, one of them being corroded rear springs.

I've checked ebay and from the springs I've seen, people are listing them as applicable to mk2 188, 1999 - 2003, which I'm assuming does not include mk2b?

Are there any differences between the mk2 and mk2b rear coil springs?

I have mk2B, not 100% sure but they should be the same.

The suspension is pretty much the same between the new cars, however if in doubt search eBay for "punto rear springs 2003 - 2012"

that should bring up better suggestions.

AFAIK the mechanical stuff on a 2B is identical to a Mk2/A

but
corroded rear springs on a punto is the law,
ive never ever in 10 years replaced a broken rear spring on a punto from year 1994 to 2006
my advice?
get some nice thick grease and a paintbrush and dollop loads on
come next year the springs look exactly the same as the last test
