Hi,

I was driving down a road, at 20MPH the road condition was good and surface had no pot holes.

All of a sudden I hear a Burst noise (Sound just like a Burst Tyre) come from the rear right tyre I pulled over thinking it was a puncture but the tyre itself is perfectly fine.

Any Idea what It could be or should I ignore it and leave it as that.

hi, maybe hand brake cable holder rusted off and handbrake cable is contacting with inside side off tyre?

Armchair diagnosis isnt any good here.....
Either examine and ask here (with pictures)

Or go to a mechanic

Maybe a spring snapped just 1 coil off?

Either jack it up and have a look for something broken, or take it to a garage.
Did the ride/handling appear to change at all and do you now have an ongoing noise or was it just the *pop* and nothing else?

Just a Pop Nothing else, The Handling is fine.. No Issues

Could have been something you ran over in the road (plastic Bottle, Crisp Packet Etc)...or it could have been something on the car.
Personally I would be doing what others have suggested and getting the car jacked up and be checking everything just to be sure nothing on the car has broken that could affect safety.
Better to Check it than to assume nothing is wrong...
Hence the old phrase 'Better safe than sorry'
