New to the forum, so go easy! :worship:

I have an 07 plate Grande Punto.

The PCB on my key fob is knackered, The previous owner clearly didn't know how to use a screwdriver and common sense when coming to change batteries.

So now i need a new fob and programming. Just had a price from an independent - £245 " special order from manufacturer"

Does this sound right? Also waiting for a call back from Fiat on the off chance of a cheaper price.

Just had a quote of £135 - ripped their hand off.

I would've said give carkeyhelp a try, if you take the car to them they can reprogram you a key for a fraction of the cost...the thing is the website is currently down
