hi again, i have fitted an aftermarket RCL about 2 months ago, but i haven't connected the window option. Is there any diagram on which i can find which one i should connect? Also is there an option for the window instead of rise, to go down? on the diagram from my rcl it has window rise (-) negative only.

thanks in advance.

Punto system is powered by the body computer, usually the windows will stay active for a moment after the keys are removed to allow you to close windows left open, then the body computer cuts the power to the windows, meaning there is no live feed to the windows.

The system you describe above is likely designed to be used with a relay or similar to put power to the windows to close them once the car is remote locked, you can't just connect it to the windows motor as when the motor is used it will put a potential high current through the remote locking kit, and cook it, also the kit won't be capable of delivering the power needed to close the windows directly, possibly blowing internal fuses and other components.

You need to know exactly what the kit you have needs before you can move ahead with this.

wouldnt it just blow a fuse rather than destroying remote locking kit'?
