What's a fair price for supply and fitting front pads to 1200 punto Mk 2. I have been quoted £70 from National?

Can't be bothered getting my hands dirty and getting cold these days!

£70......................get your hands dirty and pay less than £20. I have no idea what a good price is as i do my own but i certainly wouldnt pay that kind of money for a 30min job

is yoru car 8valve or 16 8valve is super quick to do 16v is just quick.

pads you should be able to et for about £20-25. then its like 1 hours labour to someone.

30mins....hour..... & techs get accused of taking too many tea breaks! 10mins a side! I charge tenner aslong as pads are suplied.Pound a minute

you are good but most garages like to round it up to an hour

i said 30mins as generally thats how long it takes me to do mine......certainly no longer for me, im sure though if someone is doing it for the first time it may take a hour as they wont be too sure and will be wanting to take their time. The time quotes i think are pretty general but also correct

£55 all in for punto front pads,thats pads labour & VAT...half hour labour,NOT rounded up to nearest hour as I saw a invoice today & thats from a main dealer.
