Hi guys,
I have a Punto Multijet 1.3 Diesel and some problems with the EGR. Today o tryed to extract but i don't have tools for this. I tryed with Torx 40 Bolt but was a little loose. With Torx 45 Bolt was very just and impossible to remove the two Bolts.
What screw you used to remove the EGR?
Other Doubt, any EGR pipe have Coolant? I can't removed the EGR like i sayed before but i removed one pipe from EGR to "Engine" that flush the Coolant. It is normal?
Also, anybody know Videos or any tutorial to remove the Manifold?

never had to do mine and i owned it 3 years all low journeys
however quality fuel always went through mine so it never clogged
i also gave it some thump once a week to get the spiders out the tailpipe
hope you get it fixed

If egr is coked up..
Try Wyn's egr cleaner..but reading the instructions on the can is a Must!.
