Hi guys, I just wanted to ask some advice regarding my cigarette lighter; It's never worked since I got the car a few weeks ago. It's a little 1.2 from 2001.

I've taken off the centre console and removed the lighter unit itself, but when I test the power lines coming in to the clip, I get 0V across red and green/yellow when the key is in the on state. When I turn the lights on and the key is on, I get ~11.8V across green/yellow, but still nothing across red. The light in the lighter works when I turn on the car lights too.

Any ideas what's going on? I still get the same results when the lighter is actually pressed in or when I stick something like a USB charger in. I thought it may be a fuse, but I've checked the ones mentioned in the manual and they were fine. Does anyone know which fuses it could be, as maybe I've missed one? But would the light still work if the fuse had gone?

Many thanks!

Oh amazing thanks guys! When I was told it was the 20A fuse, I thought they meant the one under the hood! D'oh!

I'll check that relay was well, just in case! Where's the best place to buy those little fuses as singles? Ebay only seems to have packs of 10+, although they're only a few pounds in any case.
