You may be lucky & have it re-threaded, failing that you can go down the route of having an insert put in. Not really a job for your basic DIY'r. There are guides on the interweb, but I suspect you need to take it to a mechanic who has the knowledge & tools.
 
Hi I've got an 8 valve 1.2 punto . There is a cylinder with a missing thread. As has blown the plug out and runs like crap.
What's best way to sort it. ? Cheers.

Hi, ideally it's a head-off job, :eek:

as tapping the hole to accept the insert..can lead to lots of metal debris (swarf) getting into the bore.. NOT good news:(

if the motors dodgy.. why the thread is U/S..then doing the job carefully, with posting @10mm short of TDC and initially using an airline , and then cranking with plug out to blow away worst of swarf COULD work.., but as I say better with head on the bench:)
