Also a quick earth check is to connect a single jump lead from battery negative post to solid metal on engine. Make sure it can't catch in any moving parts.

Disconnect both terminals from battery and clean them as well till they are very clean definitely looks like earth fault

I've cleaned the connectors on the battery but still the same issue.

I cannot find these earth connectors for the life of me.

Can anyone please point them out on one of my photos?

I've read the manual but I am struggling to make any sense of it.

OK,
I assume battery terminal photos are pre-cleaning. They are very bad. At a minium you need to take them completly apart and clean all the surfaces and cable lugs. The earth lead is the black one that runs between the battery negative and the engine by the ignition coil. The engine compartment does not look great. A mixture of old an new nuts on the exhaust manifold suggests the head may have been off recently, not good news.
Nothing personal but it sounds like you may be a bit out of your depth.

In your second picture just to the left of S-shaped pipe is the earth coonected to throttle body looks like it could do with a clean.
