Hello guys,
I have a punto mk2b (188) 2001 car
3 weeks ago the engine lamp become on and the speedometer stopped working, then after another 1 week the steering wheel lamp become on also !!!
i have a vagcom 4.9 cable and i tried to get the errors from my car ECU and i got those errors. :(

what does this mean ??!!

Hi,
Looks like you may have more than one issue.
The engine light looks like it's a faulty O2 (lambda) sensor. The other faults might be a a weak battery or connection.
Check the battery voltage and all connections especially the earth (ground) leads from the battery negatve to chassis.
For further diagnosis you need to get a registered copy of Multiecuscan (Fiatecuscan was the old version) and any adaptors required for the steering module. See the multiecuscan website for details of what adaptors you may need.
Driving for 4 weeks with the engine light on is not a good idea and may have resulted in further damage.

The lambda sensor heater element may have died, or the sensor isnt switching over quick enough making it think the heater element is dead, but the sensor is actually not givong a valid signal


If your sensor come out easy, id swap pre and post over and see if the fault moves

The evap error id need to look better when im on a computer not my phone
