My car for several days smelled strongly of petrol and I think lost,

I've put a carton in the car floor and in 2 days this is the stain left, also attached a photo of the underbody, anyone know if a sleeve or something fatter ??

Yes

Where the drips landed - you need to go straight up and look for the path of where its run from

Bearing in mind, its leaving brown stains because its washing the dirt from the road off most likely - you should see a clear/clean path hopefully
