Technical flapping noise on front drivers side of car

hello to anyone that has any suggestions. recently I have noticed a flapping noise from the front-right hand side of my punto 1.2 8v car. I can only hear it when the car is moving with window down. I have checked the engine and nothing looks loose also checked the wheel hub and thats seem fine.. The flapping sound insreases as I speed up. Any comments would be appriciated. thank you ;-(

that probly explains why i didnt hear my clutch was on the way out till it exploded into my clutch housing B) couldnt ignore that cos the car didnt go

Could be the plastic wheelarch liners coming loose - I didn't notice mine until they actually contacted the wheel! A bit of drilling and zip-tying should hold 'em on
