Just fitted the microscan 2 door central locking kit, so i now have central locking!
when i got the kit i bought the remote system aswell, so thought id have a go at that today, connected the power cable, earths, and to the unlock/lock wires from the c/l control box, so thought id have a go with the remote, and it didnt do anything!
anyone fitted this and no how to do it??

Erm... My car already had central locking but i fitted the M20 Meta Fiat kit for remote locking the other week. Maybe the batteries in your fobs are dead? If they are the small ones you shouldnt touch them with your skin but use gloves if you have to pot them in bcoz this decharges them at a Phenominal rate if you dont - try that then if not, go over and over your wiring making sure you didnt put the wires in too early in the loom e.g. before or after relays etc. Then if that doesnt work and your positive you have it right, Either get someone better qualified at it, or return to seller. (thts my opinion n e way)
