So I've been working on my car and it needed a new head gasket, low compression on 2&3 cylinder, emulsion in the oil e.t.c, Now i took the head extension off and I'm stuck on the head bolts. :bang: I've ruined a couple of the head bolts already they're so tight.. I have tried a blow torch but i never wanted to warp the head anymore, Is there any way of taking them out, Drilling? , I'm willing to do anything.

Which engine? Assuming it's a 16v since you're talking about ribe bolts?

If that's the case, try and hammer a spline bit in to it. Done it many times before, just got to be lucky and kiss your ratchet before you give it some pain

1.2 16v
air gun cant do ****, managed to do this on pic below with pipe extension, only 2 bolts are loose...
