I'm looking to upgrade my standard speakers and thought I would start with some components with tweeters.

Could someone tell me the speaker sizes for the mk2b sporting please?

I have a feeling the fronts are 5.25 inch?

6.5"/16.5cm Component 5.25"/13cm Coaxial Cable Adaptor Required Original fixing may require drilling

Front 6,5" (max mounting dept 55mm or 65mm with 10mm spacer), rear 4" (two point fixing)

Ah so the specs above from halfrauds in my second post are wrong?

i've fitted 16.5cm with no issues, nore any drilling either
Only thing i needed was an adaptor cable

Hi, i read my manual and it said 16.5cm in the front doors.
