So... According to Halfords.com, for Fiat they have Golden Yellow, and Broom Yellow. Thanks to old hammer saying he had the Mk2 with the darker Broom Yellow, I am going to assume have the "milkier" Golden Yellow.
Thanks to everybody for your help. And hopefully anybody else who comes across the issue can go to Halfords and be done with it
Just had to do a repair on my drivers side rear wheelarch courtesy of some idiot in a Mitsubishi SUV....golden yellow doesn't match it is a far more orange shade than my car. Broom yellow doesnt quite match either although it is pretty close.
Also got round to repairing the hole in my rear bumper from where a piece of wood shot through it. I used golden yellow on the rear bumper...consequently i used Broom yellow on the wheel arch. Incendentally, those nice curves on the rear arch are an absolute pain to get right after filling
