Hi all,

New to the forum. Have searched through previous threads and have helped a little, have checked the usual suspects with no joy.

Basically when I put indicator stalk to turn left I get the fast flashing on the dash but none of the indicators work front/back/side repeater on passenger side. When put in position to turn right all works fine On right side.

All bulbs are working
Tail light/reverse/brake all ok.

No xmas tree display.

Have had the cluster out and ran a Multi meter across all bulbs. 12v going to all except indicator. All connections clean and free of corrosion. Earth points good and clean and tight like new. Only 64k on car for 2001.

Bulbs in headlamp and side repeater have also been tested and no power going to them either.

Have checked fuses under steering wheel and all ok.

I can hear a relay behind fuse panel under dash. It clicks normal speed when stalk is used for turning right. Speeds up when turning left.

Everything works except the indicator bulbs on passenger side.

Possible break in wiring and if so where would I start? Is it a case if one doesn't work they all fail.

Any ideas please?

Thanks
Simon

I've had a look at the schematic for the external lights and the indicators seem to all have their own independent control line so I would not expect them to all fail is a line was broken or a bulb was broken. I would investigate the connection between the stalk to the ecu and the stalk switch itself - maybe it isn't making contact when setting left? Can you get a multimeter in to check it is working correctly?
