I have a question regarding the compatibility in punto 1.2 8v.
have head 46538910 (no cam sensor) can i fit head 55187456 (with sensor)?

I believe that you can put the heads on each other

But the rocker covers and cambelt covers are different, so you will need these from the alternative cylinder head

55187456 can be fitted works perfect thanks to all
one difference is in the top timing case/probe no mounting bolt
