Anyone know how to remove the middle bit of these, ie just the lock??i have got the barrels off the door, but need to remove the middle bit to swap for my new ones, is this possible??

Take off the plastic outer cover(pull tags up at front and pull it back off the lock)then remove the 'U' shaped pin circlip,reftit in reverse.
