So I here it's possible to put MK2 headlights on a MK1 Punto, how much time and money are we looking at to do something like that?

Its been done. It was on a Green punto on www.puntoforum.co.uk. The user was called puntobabe.
personaly for the money involved wouldnt you be better to put the cash towards a mk2? unless it was say for your GT and you wanted to keep that model

and other car places, it all depends whether you want to easily fit the headlamps or you dont mind cutting and welding the front of your car to MK2 headlamps.

on that green one seem strange to go to all that trouble then still leave the orange bits in :bang:
