Got punto mk2/2b blupunkt multichanger installed having problem about red 12v wire and brown mute wire off the power cable into my head unit

And I presume it's a problem so secret you can't tell us what it is?

the 13 pin cable from the changer installed through the car to the head unit. The blue small block connecter goes in to the head unit but 2 wires are separate 12v red wire and brown mute wire where to connect to
