shock absorbers

Need to get a new pair of front shock absorbers as they are leaking. Which ones should I get? I have seen these:

Are they good? Any other suggestions? Cheers.

Re: shock absorbers

They won't be anything special, but if you're just after an everyday car, they'll be fine. Avoid the scrappy -- the shocks are the only thing (apart from gravity) keeping your tyres in contact with the road.

Re: shock absorbers

Remember origial poster - you will need 2x shocks

Its really for your safety and everyone on the road, to have both of them done to keep it all balanced

i tried not to open a new thread so i'm asking here that it's ok for the shock absorber top mounting to move from one side to another(like in the picture) when steering or it's so because that the top mounting it's worn out?thanks!
