ok had abit of a search and found that the HGT runs different suspension but cant find a reason why its different other than 20mm lower as standard, is this the only reason??? I ask because I have seen that Koni 35mm lowering springs are cheaper for the HGT than for Non HGT so I am thinking of buying a HGT lowering Kit for my 2002 Mia.

All I want to know is will the HGT shocks and springs Physically fit the Mia and if not, WHY!

I think (but not 100%) that the spring rates are different.

as said the progressiveness is due to spring make up and weight of drivetrain
putting hgt on a cookin punto might make it bouncy bouncy dangerous

your call
