You are going to apply 2 +ve feed's constant, then using 1 relay, becomes down, it'll switch to a negative supply / earth and before you know it - window winds down

I had a neat diagram of how that would work

I would still consider original punto runners / motors so that its just a simple case of wiring

standard seats don't have this.
withought it the back seat /base will split in two not good for any passenger's
couid be M.o.t fail too.

as for the Rear cards,theres a splice near seatbelt
so don't be tempted to remove seat belt theres no need,
also the door sill trim just remove one screw no need to remove full sill kick cover,
