so i replaced my speedo a while back mistakenly putting a diesel version in there, which works fine but is way dodgy for my liking, like the fuel gauge is so inaccurate
but i still have my original speedo laying around, and want to put that back in but my worry is will that need proxi-aligning again or will the computer remember that speedo and the trip computer wont be flashing? my main purpose of putting original speedo back in is to get better fuel reading and know what my car mileage is really is cause ill be honest current speedo is wrong mileage yet i did proxi align it but failed half way and didnt correct the mileage so its on less mileage than the car is

all good no proxi alignment needed

just need to put it back together and get fuel

weird how it dont need it to reverse it!
