Technical Fiat Punto MK2/B Shock Absorbers

Heya , i have a fiat punto mk2b and i have got 50mm loering springs for it and i have been told that i need shorter/uprated shocks , does anyone know where i can buy these from as i am absolutley clueless

i think iirc on here people have run 50mm drop on standard shocks with no problems

Who has said who/where/why/when/what

I have 50mm springs on the front of my mk2b, had no problems so far
