Hi all
There's oil leaking at a rate of about 2L per week from my Punto, as I filled it with about 2L last Wednesday and now (Monday) It's empty.
The orange arrow on the images show the area of dispersal of oil around the front of the engine / radiator area / it's also dripping onto the ground beneath the front of the engine there. The yellow arrow on the first picture indicates where I think the oil is coming from, which is the where the plastic cover is bolted together just on the underside of the front -does that seem possible to you guys in the know? Is this an expensive fix? Any ideas where I could point an engineer to to try to make it less expensive and time wasting worthy?
This seems to be very similar to the issue seen in https://www.fiatforum.com/punto-ii/320708-oil-leak-52-plate-punto-diesel-front-centre-ish.html - which subsequently hasn't received any resolution..
I want my little punto to live!
Many thanks
