Good evening!

I've been asked to look at a friends mk2 punto, her wipers, dipped beam, washers, indicators, radio and a few other bits arent working atall. Main beam are working, and i've narrowed it down to everything not working is running off of the interior fusebox.

I have no voltage across the fusebox atall, and also have no access to wiring diagrams. There's a thicker gauge red wire next to a pale brown wire going into the front of the fusebox, without having access to a wiring diagram I would assume that they are live feed and earth wire. I have neither live nor an earth from either of these. Is there a control unit that supplies power to the fusebox?

It was only a quick look today and i'll go into more depth tomorow. If anyone has got any ideas or could throw up a wiring diagram or two for me i'd be eternally grateful.

check fuses of doom next to battery

Fuses of doom sound hopeful ! These the larger fuses? If so they've all been removed and checked, all seem to be ok.

i cant remember but main power must come either via ignition switch or to fuse box
pull all covers down and probe everything
im sure you will sort it
