It seems to me that the power of the battery is not coming to glow plugs for diesel( heaters for diesel fuel). Box for diesel heaters (glow plug), looks like it's doing a great job. Small fuse for that box is OK. But the fuse diagram for Punto 1.9D has placed fuse 60A in fuse box under the hood. But it does not there, is no place in there for him. Where is the fuse which is responsible for glow plug, which has the value of 60A ? Where is it hidden.
Thank you!

Thank you, but that fuse (F54) is not in the that black fuse box, like is it in a picture. It is hidden somewhere.

All I can suggest is pulling out every fuse as in both fuse boxes until you come across the dead fuse, the linkage in the middle will be snapped so you can't miss it.

This is the best method to do with fuses, as I learned this way when I had to the other week to find a blown fuse!

Have fun :)

are you getting a glow plug warning light? usually the pre heat light will flash if there is a fault in the system, especially something like the main fuse being blown

It seems to me that I solved the problem. It seems to me that the problem was the wire that brings power to the Relays boxes for diesel heaters (glow plug). That contact was not properly latched. However, the fuse that I mentioned I did not find.
