My 04 Punto bonnet release cable has broken,but unfortunately right at the very front so there looks like no way to open it.Anyone had this before.Thanks.

make sure you tell him its a 2b now hes got your dosh

dave's method save my butt a few months ago but when replacing the bonnet cable always best to have another pair of hands, it does help well it did me.....good luck

I don't believe it... last time I've checked the cable was ok... today, when I was inspecting the injection pump, open and close, open and close, and the bonnet cable snapped!!!:bang::bang::bang:

I really don't believe it... I put grease everywhere, even on brake discs (it helps keep the rust away )

DO NOT put grease on your brake discs!!
