I need some technical help! I have a mark2 punto, and whenever i do a half to a full lock to the left i get a knocking sound coming from the front left wing??? any ideas??

Go to a nice open space and drive slow turning to full left lock and see if you get a steady knocking sound to check your universal joint. You may be able to check with a bar from under the car. Also have a good look while under the car for any point where tyre may be catching if any mods have been done to suspension, wheels, tyres etc. Lincoln

if you feel a knocking through the steering wheel.

On full lock only (outer cv joint)
On and off through the whole steer (inner cv joint)

Just get a new drive shaft...

Well iv put 15's on it and lowered it 50mm but has bin done for over a year and the knocking has just appereared in last few weeks?
ill take your advice though, cheers! ill ava look 2nite
