Really would appreciate some help answering a few questions I have, rather problems with my 54 plate 16v active sport fiat punto.
First thing to name a few:
The back rear left hand wheel squeaks alot, rather loud unless I have my music playing. Is this something to do with the suspension?
When I press on the breaks, you can hear quite a loud noise as if there is not much break pad left. Is this correct?
About 5 days ago, my engine light was flashing amber and the car would judder and mis-fire. I took this into a garage who told me that the car was mis-firing so they had a look and one of the valve tubes had come loose so they secured the valve back with insulation tape. After paying a ridiculous price for this, the engine light has now come back on but a solid amber and when I try to accelerate, the car judders and feels like it cant quite make the acceleration so I have to gain speed gradually but this is a little dangerous sometimes travelling on a roads or motorways.
I would appreciate any advise possible or any solutions to the issues I have with my car. The car has not been serviced for about 15 months so I am hoping that this may be the reason for some of the problems.
