hi all, iv got a real bad leak on the driveshaft/ gearbox, how do i remove the drive shaft? simpley pull on it? has it got a snap ring or a clip, just hope to get the right tools out for the job should i replaced the diff bearing at the same time?

Which end seal are you replacing?? Passenger or drivers??

Passengers is very easy I just changed mine today...unbolt the 13mm nut and bolt from the ball joint, pull the ball joint out from the hub, use a crowbar to prise the shaft out of the gearbox (leave other end in hub), 4x 13mm bolts holding the seal to the gearbox....the drivers side is part of the diff housing I think

noooope u literally just pull the shaft out of the gearbox
