Hello,

I've been searching the internet for a few days now to try to find a solution to our punto's cabin heating issues. Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere.

We suspect the heater speed switch (the one with settings 1,2,3 and 4) may be broken. We can only get hot/cold air blown through the vents if the speed switch is pushed in which is quite difficult to do when driving! Does anyone know whether or not it is likely to be a fault with the switch or if it could be something else? If it is the switch, can anyone tell me how difficult it's likely to be to replace? We've tried removing the fascia around the switches, is this the correct approach?

Any help would be much appreciated,

Thanks,

Sian
