Fault - Engine bottom end is knocking

need info on - how to repair

worth getting a used engine, can not get a 1.9 diesel engine no were as rather hear a engien run before i hand over my money

would a JTD engine fit i a had the turbo, the starter, the pump and injectors with it as i can get one for £100, but need know will it be simple as drop in and go

will 1.9 diesel engines from other cars work EG peugeot 1.9 diesel

realy want urgent help
or shall i just scrap it

Pull out engine and undertake what is essentially a complete bottom end rebuild or keep looking for a replacement, search eBay for cars being broken email and ask if the engine is running. There are ways that you could fit a JTD engine but it has it's own problems such as ecu and wiring
