Si tratta di un problema ai freni generico, potrebbe essere il freno a mano, a basso livello del liquido dei freni, o un filtro intasato. Se si dispone di indicatori di usura delle pastiglie avviso, potrebbe essere anche quello.

On a serious note, the ( ! ) you are probably referring to, is indeed the handbrake. And a similar topic has recently been covered so check the forum first, please.
i understood the chav speak question and know the answer, but as 12 minutes an 27 seconds has passed i assume you already found the answer for your self

In answer to your OP Cookski, check your brake fluid, its your handbrake light, but will also tell you if your leaking fluid...check your drums etc...wouldn't want you to crash into a wall now huh

Will the light come on if the brake fluid reservoir is over filled? My light comes on around some corners or if I'm braking a bit harder than usual. It's filled quite a way over the maximum mark. Thanks

usual advice - remove the filter before checking the level, it can give massively wrong readings....

oh yes
Sloshing of the tank causes it to get trapped above the filter and it dont escape back down - weird i know

I know forwell im getting ready v.soon for a set of new pads (and disc's)
But under random hills/braking/conering, my cars keeps telling its empty when its not....

It may be that under the handbrake itself the button that is pressed against to tell the car the handbrake is disengaged is not being pressed. You can see this by removing the handbrake gaiter. However I've not seen anyone else mention this so quite an unlikely problem but maybe something to check if all else seems to be in working order
