just put my new disks and pads on my punto,, gave it a run and its a little grindy , noisy and the disks get very hot,was just wundering how long they take to bed in ?

the one problem with my fiat is that its to damn fast !!

I just put new discs and pads on my punto mine didn't make a noise after. they were a bit weak for about 14 miles.
have you checked the run-out on the new discs, if its wrong the
disc(s) will have to be taken off and turned 180 degrees.

Make sure they are correctly fitted and you wiped the face of the disc down with meths to remove the layer of oil on it.
Oh, and discs will always get very hot.
