Technical fault codes

C1103 = EOL (End Of Line) Configuration changed.

C1103 is signalled if the ABS control unit receives a vehicle configuration from the Body Computer that is not valid.

Sounds as though someone has fitted an incorrect ABS ECU or Body Computer. Or someone has changed the configuration with diagnostic equipment.

C1201 = Front right speed sensor plausibility error.

C1201 is signalled if the control unit detects that the speed of one of the wheels (transmitted by the sensor) is not plausible.

The sensor has detected a situation that it doesn't expect to ever happen. It could be that you have different size tyres on each side of the front of the car, or someone has spun one front wheel while the ignition was switched on, or the magnetic wheel on the hub is not correct or damaged, or if there's dirt in the air gap between the sensor and the magnetic ring, or the sensor is not correctly fitted.

Thanks for the reply bought the car about 5 weeks ago and it has been running fine except for the odd time when it seems to be rough but clears within a minute or so nothing bad just a bit rough.
Today the management light came on with these 2 codes after a 45 mile run which it has done several times before without a problem. I cleared the codes and they have not come back after a short run, brakes have always seemed fine only thing different today was very heavy rain and high winds.
Any suggestions as to what I should be looking to check

C1103 ABS Hydraulic Brake Switch Circuit Failure ?

C1103 ABS Hydraulic Brake Switch Circuit Failure
?

Fault codes consisting of the letters B, C, P or U followed by 4 numbers beginning with 1 are manufacturer specific codes.

Different manufacturers can use the same 4 digit number for different faults. C1103 = ABS Hydraulic Brake Switch Circuit Failure for a Nissan but not for a Fiat.

4 digit codes beginning with a 0 are generic codes and should have the same meaning for all manufactures.
