probably not..... at least not anything noticeable as such. if it was to do anything, it may help a little with a smoother running engine. ive fitted 10mm performance ht leads and there has been no noticeable change, but the extra insulation will at least help prevent arcing which had previously caused a misfire. most seem to think posh spark plugs do little and will recommend sticking with stock ngk plugs. i couldnt comment on the coils tho....

I don't think it will do much, besides having "performance" and some thicker insulation. It would be doing exactly the same job as the parts you would replace.

Performance plugs tend to last a little longer (and be better for emissions). The leads last much, much longer than the skinny ones. AFAIK, no-one makes performance coils for the Punto.

So, you gain reliability (especially with the leads). A spark is a spark is a spark -- if it's big enough, the engine will run.

A Plug is a Plug

A Lead is a Lead

a Cat is a Cat

Catching my drift here? Punto's aren't high performance, there just Simple Reliable engines that need reliable plugs and Leads
Fiat put NGK into there cars for a reason, they do the job just fine
And Leads are leads - more insulation can help prevent arc'n and possibly not wear out as fast
But i'd be getting just standard ones to be honest
