Styling Headlight tint

Hey All,

Have the headlights in the below pic been tinted?

I am sure they have because the indicator lense isn't bright orange (which it is on mine to my great annoyance). If it has been tinted, what part paint to laquer should I use to get the same effect?

I may be wrong but to get rid of your orange indicator all you need to do is buy a clear cover for the bulb and possably an orange bulb as well so it still flashes the correct colour when used. The bulb underneath just now though may be orange also.

Simply tinting wouldn't get rid of the orange so easily as it's a pretty strong colour to hide but I may be wrong on that

Don't think I'll bother dismantling the light, too much work.

The indicator has an orange lens with has a clear bulb. as far as i know, these aren't removable.

That was my thinking, from that picture it appears that the orange lens is still there :-S
