If you can bring some code reader or FiatEcuScan program with you - to read ECU codes. See if power steering dashlight is on......or off.......Same thing for other dash warning light.
Try CityServo funktion with engine running - working or not.
Ask seller for master (Red) key and for all ordinary (blue) keys.

defiantly make sure red and blue keys are there

I wouldn't be buying that if I were you ..... bit immoral not to say it's a Cat D in the ad ... might be hiding other things...

Anychance you could word document that Ben as I tried opening with MS word and it come up in hieroglyphics
