im looking to lower my mk2b 8v. im mainly after getting the suspension stiffer. i use the punto am my daily driver but feel it has to much body roll in corners.
i dont want to lower it to much as worried that the wheels will rub on the arches if i have people in the back of the car, i will be using the standard steel wheels and tyres

35mm is ok for just performance as it is hard to tell the difference between 35mm and standard.50mm is the spring most people use,you can tell its lowered and the car sits much better,if you are using 15'' wheels you shouldnt get scrubbing with either

so 35mm will make the suspsion stiffer and stop the body roll, and the 50mm will do the same but its more noticable its been lowered?

if so i think the 35mm is my best bet, the car is standard and im just after the handling gains
