I've just got a Punto 200 reg to replace my old R reg Punto which I accidently crashed.

The thing is I brought a CD Player for the old Punto which had a Headphone socket (so I could listen to my iPod) and my newer Punto does have a player that the previous owner must have put in, but no headphone socket.

I was wondering how do I go about swapping the two around? I've taken the old player out of the old Punto and can't find a way to get the CD player out of my Newer Punto.

Not really sure where else to look, am a bit of a moron when it comes to cars so if anyone could help I'd greatly appreciate it.

If it is an after market unit, usually removing the faceplate and plastic trim around the edge will reveal the metal frame - some well placed cutlery (knives) down the sides usually does the trick. Got a photo of the unit? It may need a special tool like a U-bar type thing.
