I was cleaning my car today which I just bought 2 days ago and the driver seat has jammed. At first the seat was jammed all the way back but I managed to push it forward but it now won't move at all. The bar underneath the seat won't lift up at all and there is a slight wobble on the seat on the left hand side. It looks like perhaps on the left hand rail something hasn't moved with the seat that should have but I'm not sure. Does anyone know how I can fix this and if its safe to drive at the moment. It's a 2002 3dr 1.2 Punto. Thanks!!!

Some debris has dropped into the seat mechanism either the slides or the tilt.
